Hello – when I paid the 10k advance .. I did not find any terms stating that we have a deadline of 48 hours, I got an email and tried cancelling it online .. but did not find the cancel icon; zenfify is saying it’s because the deadline was crossed .. I tired even before the deadline and it did not work .. I wrote an email on the same day .. I would need the refund back, this is cheating customers by taking 10k advance and not refunding even notifying on the same day .., what kind of scam is this ? My number is 9741006116, need this to be resolved …, this is Heigts of cheating
