Complaint Details:
I have purchase my YU YUNIQUE PLUS on 20-Dec-2016, within 7 days it got a problem. Then i go to service center “THE MOBILE CARE” (NEAR V3S MALL)LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI, 110092. They said it got motherboard problem, then i submit my phone in care. They give me 10 days time and maximum 21 days deadline to resolve my problem but 21+ days gone my device is not repaired yet.Whenever i contact the care they always said 10 days remaining and when i check my JOB SHEET STATUS the same information appears in screen and now it’s shows 21+.
I am frustated by seeing these type information always. I am the big fan of YU. I have purchased many devices of YU. But the first time i face problem in phone and now i come to know about after sale service of YU.
I don’t know why they are downgrade their image by not giving proper service to his customer.
Please provide the better services and rank up 1st position in India.
And please provide me my device, i had urgent need of it.
