Complaint Details:
I have bought a redmi note 3 from mi.com, ordered on 21st june, 2016
And delivered on 25th june, 2016. The order id: 5160621415062194
Actually i have encountered a problem in my mi charger and unfortunately my warranty period ends by 21st december, 2016. Moreover i cannot find any service center in dehradun and i cannot go to delhi within this period due to my personal reasons.
It would be very kind of you if you could extend my warranty period or suggest some other alternative so that i could replace my charger and prevent any further monetary loss.
