Scam or fraud: Xiaomi India — New product not charging.

Complaint Details:
I booked a redme 3s prime but my phone after unboxing since first not charging.. And customer support now says that they cant pick up the phone from my delivery address. I have to send it by my own expense. How it should possible. It is loss of my money and working time. Customer support also sent me at exclusive customer service centre for knocking the incident and then i called again for request register the replacement complain with the job sheet no. But here they create a more pressure, as They mentioned a 72 hours period for courier it.. I am not at front of the phone. I came outstation.. How it is possible to courier it within the mentioned time period . And it is their manufacturing fault and for them why I have to sufferer by paying advance the sum of 9000 by online for the phone? Please suggest me if possible.
