I have placed an order #255185 on 3-jan-2017 . Yet no status of my order. No response from customer care to calls and emails. Official site is not working from this morning.
Paid 2100 for the order online.I got an sms but no mails yet. I found many people are facing the same issue through complaint portals and Facebook page.
So, taking a stringent action is strictly demanded at the earliest. They should be put into a strict legal procedures not to repeat such an unethical practice.
