Scam or fraud: Vodafone India — Worst customer service

Complaint Details:
I was using Vodafone number 9886459725 post paid and gave request to convert this to prepaid as I was over billed every month. Every time I receive bill I call them up and get the necessary corrections done which reflects on next invoice. Fed up with this worst experience I decided to move to prepaid and given request on 14 th Nov 2016 after two days my post paid sim got deactivated but my prepaid sim still not activated. I called them several times and sent email many times but no proper response. I strongly recommend people not to use Vodafone service.
