Complaint Details:
1) I got a message on my phone about the recharge benefits of Rs.352 that
were 28 days unlimited calling and 1 gb 3g/4g data per day but soon after i recharged i got talktime of RS. 352 only and no other benefits that were
promised in the message.
2) When i called complaint center i was given the info that the offer is not valid on my no., also on asking about other offers i was told by the 198 executive of vodafone complaint center, Ms. Kavita, that i can recharge with Rs.446 on my no. to get unlimited calling and 1 gb data per day for 84 days and when i recharged with Rs. 446, i was again forged and given the talktime of Rs. 446 but no benefits promised by the company executive which is my claim for false information.
3) I made a complaint on the 198 compaints no. about the above misinformation and i was assured that the problem will be resolved within 4 hours but nothing happened after that. the company didn’t called and blocked my no. from talking to the 98 executive.
4) Today on 27 june 2017 i am charged for Rs. 49 at 2.5 A.M. for a sevice which i didn’t requested for and i cant help myself i have been blocked by the company complaint service to call them.
This shows the monopoly of the company and helplessness of the consumer . I would like to ask for a refund and benefit tranfer from the company.
