RECTIFICATION OF THE DEFECT IN THE GEYSER( PURCHASED VIDE ORDER NO. BCED 37/16-17/865 DT.15.10.2016 ) UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD, COMPLAINT NO. GHA[protected] dt. 26/09/2018
DEAR SIR /MADAM,
WITH REFERENCE TO ABOVE MENTIONED SUBJECT & COMPLAINT, THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE STATUS.COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 26.09.2018 & SUBSEQUENTLY ON 29.09.2018. THE TECHNICIAN HAS VISITED THE GEYSER & TOLD US THAT SOME ELECTRICAL PARTS IS REQUIRED TO RECTIFY THE SAME . YESTERDAY WHEN I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN ( RIPUL SHARMA [protected] ), HE TOLD THAT THE ITEM WILL BE AVAILABLE BY 28.10.2018.
THE PURPOSE OF THE GEYSER IS VERY MUCH REQUIRED IN VIEW OF THE COMING WINTER SEASON. THEREFORE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GET IT RECTIFIED AT THE EARLIEST.
