Scam or fraud: Union Bank Of India — Amount deduction

I m customer of union bank my a/c number is 411602011010181 amount 20000 was deducted from my a/c but i didn’t resive the cash . very low quality of service . i read the reviews and found that many people are facing same problem with this bank. I will not suggest any one to open a/c in this bank. And i Will also not continue
