Can someone from tvs management team help me?
I am really disappointed with the experience i received at logtech tvs trivandrum while servicing my tvs flame bike. For the past 2 years, fuel tank display is not working and i have given it to service couple of times and they always tell spare parts are missing and needs to be ordered. Always they tell like it’s ordered through express option and will call me, but never i received any call.
I escalated this matter to service manager sugathan when i visited logtech tvs trivandrum office and he told me the same word ‘it’s ordered through express option again as a priority’ and will call me asap. But for the past 5 month, they have not called me and i spoke to sugathan previous month and he told he will call me back. But no response till now. I also forwarded him an sms, but no response. Logtech tvs trivandrum office is not at all customer friendly and they don’t provide an option to store helmets also. Also if we give them bike to service, they won’t call us informing service is done and when we visit site after couple of days bike will be like seats are removed and they will be fitting parts in front of customers. Poor customer service always
Why tvs customers need to suffer this? Can this matter be escalated to directors of tvs and help me to get a working fuel tank display please?
