When i started the program ajay negi from delhi got in touch with me and gave an undertaking that if i dont loose any weight in 1 month my entire amount will be refunded.I have the undertaking via email from ajay negi -truweight.Despite following it up with the team members my refund has not been processed .I am given assurances since last one month that my payment will be reimbursed but nothing has been done so far . kindly ensure that its expedited and cleared before end of the month else i will have to move to consumer court.I had also complained to qamar -my dietitian and consultant.
