Complaint Details:
I wanted Redmi note 4 phone and buy it from truecomsellet asit was listed on site but my pin code which is 560037 was out of the delivery coverage area. when I contacted your customer care to request to arrange the delivery of that phone to my area I was given a number to talk directly to saying it was your seller’s number and if he wished he might send phone to any address. When I contacted your seller through whats app (number provided by you) I was instructed to make direct payment to an account (detail of which is mentioned below) There was no reason why I should have doubted him because that seller was listed on your website and hence paid him Rs 25998 on 27/1/17 . After receiving payment your seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 4/02/17 on 4/2/17 he showed his inability and requested me to wait till 8/2/17
I asked to cancel the order and they told me to wait for 15 days. even after asking so many times there is no respose on the refund status but now he is not responding and even the messages are also not delivering. Now when I checked I observed that he and
his products are no
longer listed on your site.
