Complaint Details:
I ordered food in Vivek express at Lonavala station on 30. 12.2016 vide order id 720420. The order was for 2 Paneer combos (butter panneer masala curry + 3 butter phulkas in each combo) and one veg pulao. I made the online payment of ₹335. At Lonavala the guy handed over a packet to me and rushed out. On checking I got only 1 Paneer combo and two plain rotis and 1plain rice. The Paneer combo had 1 single cube of Paneer and gravy was made only out of chilies very spicy, roti was not buttered and was of probably morning all hard and rotten. We had to throw the whole food .Had to go without food as there was no pantry in train and no ffod was available after 10 in any stations. I raised a complaint #35912 on 30.12.2016 itself. I was promised a call back and a resolution but nothing till now even after calling them several times. Doesn’t our money or the service provided matter to them . Pls don’t buy from these cheats.
