Scam or fraud: Tikona — Not terminating my services.

Complaint Details:
I Parvinder Kaur, booked for a broadband services through Tikona Digital Networks in January 2017 with the User ID-1120126197, & after starting the usage i found that is was not that which was promised to me.. So i asked for the disconnection of my account.. But since February 2017 to till date they are harassing me by sending me mails & messages for the bill. Even after requesting for the termination of the services they are not doing that.. Please help me in this matter..
