Complaint Details:
My annual subscription was paid on 17th Oct. and supply of paper started on 1st Nov. In November, for 4 or 5 days I did not receive paper. Now in Dec., from 5th Dec., I have not been getting paper. Tried to contact Vijayakumar, agent but he does not answer calls, nor gives reply through sms. Now what to do.
