Scam or fraud: Tata Docomo — Postpaid to Prepaid Migration Issues

Hello,

I have requested nearly 20 days back for the Postpaid to Prepaid Migration unfortunately it’s not yet completed. Customer Support Team is saying due to technical issue we are unable to migrate and to resolve this required some more time.

I have send many emails but no resolution provided.

Could you please help me to resolve this.
