Portability Done for 3 times But Not Successful due to not enough knowledge to your executive.
Executive name – Yamuna – 7416963273 (Dabagardens)
I have done portablility from CDMA to GSM at your dabagardens main branch. I paid money and your executive make me visit 3 days to done this proceed but till now it is not completed. Even i didn’t receive any SMS / confirmation about this. When I call to your executive she is not lifting my call / switched off. Is this the way your people are working at your stores. I need rectification for this immediately.
I’m the existing customer from 5 years but is this the response you are giving to existing customers.
