Complaint Details:
Yesterday I’ve made payment for my CAR Insurance renewal with TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE CO. thro’ my ICICI net banking, the amount was deducted (Transaction success) from my bank A/C, but no renewal happened & I spoke to Tata Aig General Insurance Co. they said that no payment received, I don’t know what to do? either the amount/payment should go to beneficiary or it should be reversed(credited) to my A/C, I am really afraid of this transaction, also it is a non-value added activity, this incident forced me to rethink about cashless transactions. I am really annoyed by this hopeless e-transactions.
