Money deducted from my account but recharge was not done:
On 26th Nov. 2016 I did a transaction of Rs. 50 from Tapzo mobile application but unfortunately the application showed that transaction was failed, upon writing to customer care, on 23rd Nov. 2016 they assured that the money will be refunded to my wallet in 48 hours.
I have not yet received money in my wallet, upon following up they have stopped replying me on my emails.
Even their customer care number is always found busy.
I want to get my refund in full and the way these new start ups are harassing the customers should not at all tolerated.
Please look into the issue ASAP.
