Scam or fraud: Tapzo — Bill payment not done.

Complaint Details:
I paid my MSEDCL electricity bill with Tapzo and it still reflects on the MSEDC website, while it did not happen earlier when I was using Freecharge or PayTM. The support is just escalating me from past two days, the due date is 2 Jan 2017, and I will not pay any extra charges on it, I specify. This is so lethargic of the company.

This is the ORDER ID given by the customer care email, they don’t have any call centers, so can’t have a word with them. They are just cheating people. On mailing further they say that they will refund the amount while I don’t wish to have a refund. I paid my bill promptly and want the company to do the same. These companies are just ready for money and not being ready for a customer-genic company.

I again specify, I want no refunds, I want my bill to be paid. Since I did it from my end.
