Complaint Details:
I travelled with booked ticket on 23rd. In ticket it clearly mentioned e-ticket has to be carried during travel. Conductor asked for some money as he is not getting any money if v book through online. I didn’t give So he started argue that u should have brought hard copy. If not next time I’ll not allow. Additionally he not allowed passengers to sit in some seats starting It’s booked. But in certain stop some people Got in, he took money and gave ticket. Hope u understand.
