Complaint Details:
SWIPEMART representative called in the month of Jan’2018 informing me that I have got selected for a prize (i.e Laptop, iphone, , etc), for which i need to buy a product. I ordered for the product and after 15 days they started calling and informing that you have got an iphone and for claiming that gift you need to pay an amount as service charge, then it came as courier charges, followed by other charges. They have already charged me 80, 000/- (appx) and when I’m asking them to cancel my process and refund the amount. The reply from their side is “It will take another 6 months to process”. Now they are not reverting to calls and mails towards my process for refund.
