Complaint Details:
I purchased a mobile phone in month of 14 June 2016.
and phone was in warranty period.
i submitted it to service center on 14 November 2016, it tooks more than 1 month still didnt repair.
whenever i talk just they replied status is pending for material despatch.
They suggest me to wait 7 to 8 days, after 7 to 8 day there is no progress.
still same and again they suggested to wait 10 day’s.
i am frustrated by this type of service…
