Scam or fraud: Sun Direct — Set-top box not working

Complaint Details:
I had some issue of some channels been not shown. I had complaint to sundirect about this and its been one month now. A technician came and changed our set-top box and put one old set-top box through which I got the channels which I was not getting but after a day the set-top box stopped and is not working now. I have been complaining about it since a week but no responce is been shown and no action has been taken. Also the technician took my old set-top box along with him and also charged Rs. 350 to me.
