Scam or fraud: Sun Direct — new set top box

Complaint Details:
My Smart card number is 10033052589. I am a HD customer .On

02/08/17(to day) from sun direct they came and replaced the set top box

saying that they are replacing the box for they want to add some more

channels.

After fixing the new box i told the person that the picture clarity is very bad

and the vision is blurred and i was not able to read even the small letters

appearing since the clarity is that bad.

I rang up their customer care . They asked me to ring up Area distributor

then that person to the person who had fixed.

In the meantime a message came that my complaint is resolved.

when was it resolved? I asked for my old set top box, they never replied.

In this situation i feel it is better to come out of Sun direct instead of

making calls to different persons with no solution .
