Hi SSS Team,
I have ordered a product with order#20161216060742-2852999 and money has been deducted from my account and I received a mail for successful transaction. But I didn’t got any Track ID yet to track my order. I have also called so many times on 09211907907(SSS customer no.) but nobody attend me on call. I have also generated a ticket against this concern with Ticket Received – [#441970] but no one is there to resolve it. I want to get my money back if you guys won’t be able to get my ordered product. Or if tell me the status of my product so that I can track it.
