Complaint Details:
I was booked a train ticket in train no 18520 From Pune to Gudivada vide PNR No 8354161406 and journey date was 23.12.2016. This ticket was booked by state bank buddy wallet on 14.12.2016. Due to some cause I wish to cancel the ticket but not done through same wallet. So I have done this by email to care@IRCTC.co.in on 20.12.2016 and it was successful and a message received stating that refund your amount of Rs.400 to your account.
Till this day I never received any refund to my account.please verify this and take action.
