Complaint Details:
Actually i Purchased some items from amazon on 06-1-2017.so paid 1203 rs through my SBI internet bank. after paid i received sms from amazon. we did’t your money from your acoount.so pls pay again. then i order that items as cash on delivery. that money still yet i did’t refund for my account. so decide to register my complaint to SBI. now i am in out of country. so i try to online compliant.but now the main problem was I can’t register my complaint. mainly i could’t select branch locator.
