Respect Sir,
I have not received any status/response from Shree Laxmi service centre Balasore-756001 regarding the deliver of my new TV model No KLV 40W672E against the amount of Rs 41, 925.00 . I had paid this amount through DD in favour of sony India Pvt Ltd payable at Bhubaneswar on 16/06/2017 and submitted at Shree Laxmi Service centre Balasore-756001. As my old TV got repaired at that service centre and they suggested that replace with new TV and will be delivered within 15 days of payment. The serial No of 7021118 is marked in service job sheet & Job No of of J71405033 has been allotted to me from customer care service persons telephonically. As such I am not getting any confirmation when can I get my TV . Pl take necessary action for early delivery of TV and give a confirmation note .
