Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — order is missing and not returning the my money

Complaint Details:
I ordered a gift (Go Hooked Multicolour Wooden Wall Painting With Frame Set Of 3) (Order ID: 19557922955) on 26 July 2017 from snapdeal and paid Rs.974/-. Then, I got a sms and email on 28 July 2017 that my order has been delivered. But neither me nor my any friend have received any parcel from the “snapdeal”. Then, I sent an email (help@snapdeal.com) to snapdeal, then they replied that “Please check with your family/neighbours if they have accepted the package on your behalf”. Then I replied that no one has received the parcel. After that I sent several reminder emails (more than 10 emails/complaints) that no one has received the parcel so please look into the matter, but they have not replied even single time. I also asked to return my money, but as usual they are not replying.
