It’s very regretful that today I needed to write this email to you. I am snapdeal customer since time when it was not even a known to many and was just giving deal/discount coupons. Since then very few occasions came where I had to face this much frustration and disappointed from your service and treatment.
I have ordered mobile phone from your website on 26 nov 2016.you said that the ordered will be shipped you between 28 nov. to 2 dec. but i didn’t received dispatched message yet.i have contact you via mail and call three times but i didn’t get any response from you i also registered complaint yesterday that also not respond me yet.if my order is not get me till 2 dec.i have all the evidence of the order then i am going to complaint against you on consumer court.
