Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Inefficient Customer Care and Worst Services

Complaint Details:
I placed an order (no-17342072185) for Activa 2000 Hot Flow Room Heater with Snapdeal on 17th Oct, 2016, the was delivered on 18th Oct, however it was defected one. I raised the replacement request on the very same day ie 18th Oct, but no one turned back to me also my money i spent in got blocked. Now we are in 10th Feb 2017, and still haven’t had any information on the same. Although i bought the product from nearby market, someone from customer care said i will get the refund and disconnected the call. Today i spoke to one more CC executive Dharamveer Singh from Mumbai office who put me on hold for 20 mins and then disconnected the call. Fed up off chasing Snapdeal guys now, they really are goons in e-commerce business. Really disappointing to see such lenient response from such players in the market. I REGRET buying from Snapdeal now.
