Complaint Details:
Snapdeal has one of the worst customer service department.I have raised multiple tickets regarding my refund for a product worth Rs 4095. They charged me twice so the total refund I have to get is Rs 8190.(I cancelled my order as I got charged again rs 4095+4095=Rs8190). No one cares to address the customers issues. 8k is not a small amount in these demonetization conditions and I’m facing many problems because of the delay in the refund. I raised around 5 tickets till now and none of them has been addressed as of now. If you can’t solve this issue atleast close this company so that other people don’t face problems like me.
