Complaint Details:
The tank was purchased in 2010. The capacity is 1000 Ltrs and double layered.
It started leaking from the side walls towards the bottom. As a result the water completly is getting emptied. When I lodged complaint in the customer care on 28-06-2017, Wednesday, I was assured that the technician will contact me within 48 hours. Unfortunately, even till this date and time nobody has attended the complaint. More over, the customer care service is not available on holidays, Whenever, I tried to contact the message tells that ” All our agents are currently busy in handling other customer queries, your call is very important to us, kindly hold the line while our agent attend shortly”. This I understand is a false message (fooling the customer), as the same message was repeating continuously for a long time and even when I tried several different times of the day and different days. It is a kind of cheating the customers in the name of customer care support. .
