Complaint Details:
I have purchase woodland shoes from Noida Store and there was manufacturing defect and i went to store as there is 3 months manufacturing gurantee..the Customer complaint person take that and issue me reciept to collect shoes witing 15 days but after 20 days when i went to store the said that they will contact me in 3..4 days as they need some more time for woodland approval…and still today after 25 days there is no response from there side…a reputed shopping center is too much low with their commitment and services. please take early action
