I purchase mobile on 30/12/2016 online side shopclues.com z2 samsung bank emi for 6month from citi bank and payment done and delivery confirmation date is 09/01/2017 but delivery not done i call customer care also and complation also but yet no end they said that your delivery done if delivery done show me prof pod proof of delivery my booking noumber is-106768428 and courier details is beacom sg road tracking no-N311657
