Complaint Details:
I am having Sansui horizon 2 (Model No. “S505024”, Android security patch level – 5 September 2017) but it is not fully Volte Supported. As When phone goes to Idle condition( some time after screen goes off) Im not able to receive any calls and message. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. However there is no issue when you put sim (non Volte like Idea, Airtel).
