WORST SERVICE TILL DATE…
I purchased Samsung TV
Model :PS51F5500ARLXL on 10/10/2013. As per your customer support I also extended the warranty of my TV further for 3 years from 10/10/2014 to 9/10/2017.
But recently my TV caused accidental damage which involved changing of Display panel.I am ready to pay for that. I booked complain on 9/11/2016. As my complain processed, your representative from Pune told me that Samsung doesn’t have display panel of TV available with them, so he proposed me a silly offer.
I asked simple question what if instead of accidental damage it was the case of sudden damage in the machine itself. I still had warranty what would you do at that time?
Now tell me is it my fault that your company doesn’t have display panel I want. If you have manufactured the TV it’s your duty to make its parts available to people. If you can’t provide me the part, you were not supposed to give me warranty in first place
I have already complained about it to service centre, CEO, everyone but in return I got nothing. Only few calls regarding worst deals.
