Complaint Details:
I purchased my device in November with a regret of not able to purchase Note 7. I was prettt happy until I had heating issue, I visited service centre and submitted my phone, aftet a day they called me and said it’s working fine has only softwarw issue, I trusted them and used it but after heating issue Samsung was not happy with my phone they wanted to create a problem my bad luck I updated phone to Nougat and now I am having LCD problem I visited service center and they said its new feature in Nougat I thought they sayung truth (Purple Lines on Screen). Luckily my brother uses S7 edge too we exchanged our phones to see is it really a feature but after few days I notices his phone had nothing like purple lines, Samsung Service Centres are master at cheating people. I don’t know why Samsung India treates Kashmir as a free separate country they have very biased service in Kashmir, they don’t have parts available, they don’t replace your phones, they never repair phone on time. I am requesting Samsung India to please replace my headset, I don’t want my LCD replaced
