Sir,
I had purchased a SAMSUNG Mobile Model: SM – J700F/DD S.No.RZ8GA1B2RDZ on 12/11/2015 and after seven months the Phone has developed a defect and not showing network. Accordingly, I had deposit the Mobile at Authorize Service Centre Name M/s ABACUS INFOSYSTEMS, No.W.5/595, RGT Road, Port Blair Andaman for repairing as the mobile is under warranty period. After 07 seven days the had repaired the mobile and handed over to me. But 02 weeks later the phone has developed the same defect and I had again deposited the mobile to Authorized Samsung Service Centre, P/Blair on 03/11/2016 and after checked they will told me that both SIM Slots are not working and they have not skilled technician. Hence, the Mobile will be send to Chennai for its repairing and they will assured me the mobile will come within 02 or 03 weeks after repair. But till date I have not got my mobile. On several inquiry made from dealer they will told only “Aa jayaga do teen din me”.
Sir please informed me the actual position of my mobile and also request to please follow up with your Authorized Service Centre of Port Blair. SO that the customer have not faced the inconvenience as my present posting is so far about 250 KM from the Service Centre at Mayabunder.
