Complaint Details:
I am herewith complaining towards your poor service for my C9 pro mobile.
Last 3 months back i purchased a C9 pro mobile but now the device is operating by itself and sometimes it hang. In spite of regular visit to local samsung service center but there is no result as they are replying that they don’t have updated software for c9 pro.
If you are not able to provide service then why should you sell the product in the market .
Pls resolve the problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a consumer case.
