Complaint Details:
Today I was making new booking From Beas to Delhi By Train 12926(PASCHIM EXPRESS) on 13-01-2017. So made booking from irctc and made payment from my freerecharge wallet, unfortunately my payment deducted from my wallet whereas on IRCTC is howing no Ticket Record, hence I want my refund as if this booking is not approved.
