Scam or fraud: Renault — Complaint about manufacturing fault and trust on RENAULT

Complaint Details:
This is my second mail regarding problem with my car regd #No# DL8CAM4379 which is laying at divine motor rama road due to worn out of clutch plat. Till date reply i had and the response i had during my y/day telecoms discussion… its seems company dont have any interest to retained with its goodwill, as straight forward you are blaming to yours client about driving sense and not agree that I complaint about pick up issue from the very next week of purchased the car and during my first service, second service, its shocked that during y/day discussion …Mr. Tanveer(divine motor) clearly refused that i never came in past with pick up issue and black smoke issue with service center and infect he refused that after second service i visited again to him with complaint of black smoke issue !!

how could you be very irresponsible and can blame your client without go through the real facts …like the total KM, how old is car? and understand that client is not a learner and driving car since more than two decades and this car was single handed !!

plz. take up matter in a positive manner and relate its with company goodwill, reputation and customer’s trust.

as already explained during y/day discussion that in last three days you already lost two booking and if you will not treat this matter in positive manner you would have to loose many others booking and in future in our company we will black listed RENAULT and infect we will go for legal and will remark on social web site as well.

looking forward for a positive and prompt response from your side by revert mail because since last two days i am so much suffering bcz of car and cant tolerate any more !!
