Complaint Details:
Reliance jio is worst in terms of voice call. I am facing severe call drop problem. The call hardly completes one minute successfully, if you are lucky enough.
Many times the other person can’t hear your voice while you can listen them.
Even though the signal strength is more than 60% but still the calls connect after several attempts.
What is the use of giving unlimited voice calls if you can’t give the necessary service.
It’s completely waste of money, time and energy.
