I had requested for cancellation of this connection on September 26, 2016, after clearing all outstanding payments. I was out of station since then. I came back to Chennai last week. I have not used this connection in the last two months. However, to my shock, I am receiving mails that Rs.1700/- is due for payment. Please cancel the connection immediately.
