Dear Sir,
I am very much disappointed by reliance communication, as i am having your mobile network with no-8460949430 from last 1 year, and was happy with performance and connectivity of your network but from last 5 months it has been worst because of network issue as well as the plan provided by you.The customer representative gives wrong commitment as well as no proper solution are given by them.i got a call from your reliance -02233064311 and i told him to suggest me some good plan for roaming as well as 4g.he suggested some 599 plan in which he told me (8 gb data, all india roaming incoming and outgoing call will be free) and i told him to give confirmation on my mobile no and activate the plan.But when i went to the near by retailer of reliance, he told me that in 599 plan -(3gb data and all india roaming incoming and outgoing call will be free).I again called customer care thrice on 02/11/2016 and you would not believe they put me on hold around 10 min in each call, and after that too i dint got a single positive answer from them.Sorry to say but perception for reliance communication has been changed due to customer service.I am having all the conversation detail recording of your executive and the time they put me on hold and there was no revert.So please do the needfull.
