Complaint Details:
I have called many times to resolve my complaint but customer care didn’t take any complaint regarding false notification of consumed balance and not sending any detail of pro data rate of bill .
When I have tried to give complaint customer care told to not take a complaint and I have contacted reliance authority and they told if customer care take complaint than only we can take action. I have contacted so many times if you don’t support my complaint I will not pay bill. and they didn’t responded. But they can continuously call about paying bill but not even one time they call regarding complaint.
Now reli.zen.enterprises@gmail.com getting mail from this to pay and settle the case. Got messages from VK-RCOMMH and to contact irfan 9373319132
