Complaint Details:
From Oct 5th Onwards All the SUN Network channels are not relayed by Reliance Big TV. They are displaying it as Technical Issues. will they compensate the amount to the customers who are viewing for the Non Relayed Days. When we call for Toll Free also, they are keep on telling, that now we cannot talk to their customer service people. when we register this complain in my services also, they are taking this. Hence we need a solution either to relay the SUN Network and credit the amount to our account for Non-relayed days.
