Complaint Details:
I had ordered a shoe from Reliance Footprint on 20 Oct 2017 & I had received the consignment on 24th Oct 2017..
I found that the shoe was lose & wanted to get it exchanged with a smaller size. I had clearly mentioned that I have not preserved the box; in spite of this, the shoe was recalled.
Few days later I got an email that, I cannot get the refund since I had not preserved the box & the same shoes will be returned to me.
Since that day, I have been trying to contact Reliance Footprint on (+91 80 4298 1900) in vain. I have tried calling the toll free number at least 60/70 times but it never gets connected.
I have sent 7 emails to know the status on my shoes but haven’t got a single reply & till date.
I do not understand –
1) When I had mentioned in my first email that I don’t have the box then why was I asked to return the consignment.
2) I can’t see the status of the delivery. Who will update me on the same.
3) Who will take the responsibility if I dont receive the shoe in the same condition (brand new).
This is the order #100061429 for my shoe. Hope you understand my plight & help me.
