Hello Redbus,
I am the regular customer of the redbus.
This is was the first time i applied for the cancellation and my ticket was not cancel and i didn’t get refund of my ticket.
I already sent an email regarding the same to red bus team, but didn’t get any response yet from your team.
Please refund back my amount, otherwise i will think twice to travel with redbus.
Even i went twice office to cancel my ticket but they said we cannot cancel it, you have to cancel it from red bus.
And when i tried to cancel the redbus, my ticket pnr was not working to cancel procedure, so i wrote an email on that day for the cancellation, still your company does not response.
